Breathing Time Yoga
Come join Breathing Time Yoga for yoga that meets you where you are. Breathing Time Yoga offers yoga as affordable health care. Your yoga practice can help you reduce stress, become stronger and more flexible, and develop inner peace and stability.
Yoga is a tool for personal transformation. In our fast-paced non-stop world, we use yoga to take a moment of quiet to transform ourselves spiritually and physically. Through yoga, we learn to see the interconnectedness of our inner and outer worlds.
Our yoga instructors can help you access the benefits of yoga, no matter what your starting point is.
INSTRUCTORS:
Nicole Towne (she/her) is a 200-hour certified teacher based out of Pawtucket, RI. Her focus as a yoga instructor is to meet each student where they are in each moment and to serve as the reminder that yoga is not an attainment we will at some point gain, but a continuous lifelong journey and opportunity to connect with spirit though the miraculous gift we have been given in each moment: this breath.
Janice Markey started practicing yoga in 1994 and completed her teaching training at Breathing Time Yoga in 2017. Yoga has helped her physically and emotionally, keeping her body and mind flexible. She is an avid ballroom dancer and enjoys volunteering for animal rescue organizations. She has her B.S. in Biology with a minor in Environmental Science. She invites her students to meet themselves where they are. She fosters a sense of inclusion in her classes. We all come into yoga for different reasons. Come into class with an open heart and discover what works for you.
